  • IndiaMART Integration: Leads generated via IndiaMART were automatically captured into the ERP system, eliminating manual data entry errors and significantly accelerating response time.
  • Real-Time Tracking and Accountability: All user activities across departments, sales, design, and procurement were logged in real-time, enhancing collaboration and operational transparency.
  • Email Integration: The ERP system was integrated with email, enabling automated communication, timely updates, and centralised tracking of all email correspondence within relevant documents and workflows.
